The recipes on my blog are vegan, with a few exceptions of a few older recipes. However, many recipes can easily be made from vegan to vegetarian with a simple swap. For example, my vegan baklava recipe is easily made vegetarian using dairy butter vs. vegan butter, or my Greek cucumber salad can be vegetarian by substituting vegan feta cheese for traditional dairy feta cheese.
Here are examples of common swaps that can be made:
Baking items that involve rising or spreading are not included in the swaps. For example, I would need to test vegan scones to ensure the recipe was the same as dairy milk. However, since becoming vegan, I will not be testing this recipe with dairy.
