Mediterranean food is renowned for its fresh flavors and colorful dishes filled with vegetables. This recipe collection includes easy vegan and Mediterranean recipes, including Italian, Turkish, Greek, and my favorite Lebanese recipes.
Many Lebanese recipes, such as the hummus or tabule were handed down through my grandmother, who immigrated to the United States following the fall of the Ottoman Empire. My beloved cousin Marianne documented the recipes over two summers in the 80s. They are both gone, but the recipes live on, recreated with a love for family, ancestry, and Arabic tradition.
