Mediterranean dips are usually fast, easy, and vegan. The dips you will find on this page range from Lebanese hummus to Moroccan zaalouk. You can enjoy these dips as an appetizer or part of a Mediterranean mezze platter.
While some dips are traditionally made with dairy, like Greek tzatziki. I used a simple yogurt swap to make a vegan Greek tzatziki. You can add the dairy back in if you like, but I promise, it tastes the same vegan!
But, don’t limit yourself! For example, Turkish ezme is a great accompaniment for gyros or kababs. I included it here because I love to eat it like a salsa!
