Ingredients
6tablespoons (90g)coconut creamrecommended cold
4tablespoons (56g)vegan butter, cold
3tablespoons (24g)confectioner's sugar

Instructions
Whip: the ingredients together using either a food processor or a hand mixer. If the mixture gets too thick, pause, add one tablespoon of your favorite dairy-free milk, and mix again.Note: You may see small bits of butter. This is normal.
Serve: Spoon onto scones or desserts and enjoy!
Notes
Storage InformationRefrigerator Instructions: Transfer to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Before using, give it a good stir to recombine the ingredients.
Freezer Instructions: Vegan-lotted cream does not freeze well, and I do not recommend it.
