Lemon is a signature flavor of Mediterranean cooking. It is most of the things we cook, and in many cases it is the dominate flavor. Take for example, Italy’s lemon garlic pasta. It is a light and tangy side dish, although love it so much I eat it as a main course.
Lemon popsicles are refreshing on a hot day and a perfect way to use up any extra lemons. They take just a few minutes of hands on work and six hours of freezing.
