COMBINE ALL THE FILLING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.   SET ASIDE.

DOUGH

COMBINE THE FLOUR AND SALT.  BLEND IN COLD BUTTER CUBES

CREATE DOUGH

DRIZZLE COLD WATER AND FORM A ROUGH DOUGH BALL. COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR 15 - 30 MINUTES.

ROLL DOUGH

ROLL DOUGH INTO INTO A RECTANGLE, 1/8 OF AN INCH THICK.

CUT DOUGH

CUT DOUGH INTO 4X3 INCH RECTANGLES

FILL WITH FILLING

PLACE ONE TABLESPOON OF FILLING IN EACH RECTANGLE.

Seal

DAP WATER AROUND THE EDGES.  PRESS EDGES TOGETHER AND CRIMP WITH A FORK.

BAKE

BAKE AT 400 DEGRESS FOR 18 - 22 MINUTES.  COOL AND TOP WITH GLAZE.
