How to Make Vegan Apple Honey 

In a medium pot add four cups of apple juice. 

Add two cups of organic white sugar.

Squeeze one tablespoon of  fresh lemon juice.

Over medium heat, bring to a boil.

Lower heat. Add two chamomile tea bags.

Cook until mixture reduces by half.    Cool in pot.

Pour into a jar and place in the fridge for two hours to thicken.

Enjoy in place as traditional honey.
