Looking for quick, meatless meals that everyone in the family will love? I’ve been there, too, while helping a friend through her 30-day plant-based challenge. Don’t get me wrong, there are several great recipes out there. However, not all plant-based recipes are appealing to kids.

To help, I have compiled 25 easy, family-friendly recipes that take less than 30 minutes. These recipes are perfect for busy households wanting more plant-based and vegan meals.

Some of my favorites are reimagined classics BLT, jackfruit tacos, hamburger helper, sloppy joes, and beef stroganoff, which have all been veganized.

Finally, a vegan recipe collection can only be complete with a few tofu curry dishes! So roll up your sleeves and get ready to discover the joy of plant-based eating!
